Seed Destoner

Destoner ensures complete removal of stones and other impurities including air borne from the granular materials. In this machine, vibrating motion of the fluidized bed efficiently removes heavier stones and impurities. Economical and simple to operate, this destoner is integrated with speed controlling facility for complete removal of heavy impurities in one pass only. We have two types of destoner in our range that are pressure based and vacuum based. Specially engineered for contamination free processing and separation of products, these are manufactured in compliance with industry standards. In the destoner, there are integrated easy to operate controls that are used for adjusting speed feed pitch elevation and air for ensuring high degree of accuracy.

Pressure Type Destoner is fast and reliable equipment, installed with an inbuilt fan unit and unique air distribution arrangement. Quite fast in removal of heavy impure items and stones from the food grains, these ensure vibration less performance with excellent efficiency. These are specially engineered and developed for high capacity and high accuracy performance in separation of impurities.

Vacuum Type Destoner is a totally enclosed system specially engineered and developed for dust free operation. In this machine, the speed feed pitch elevation and air can be controlled for high degree of accuracy. It is also of great importance in the food processing industry as it remove from the product all impurities and dust that can be air-borne for assuring no contaminants. In addition to cleaning and stone removal work, this vacuum destoner also enhances the flow line capacity of a plant by concentrating gravity-pure material.
