Oil Expeller Viraat SE I (8 to 10 TPD) is specially developed and engineered with a hard faced pressure cone that positively control the final pressure of cake. In this expeller, the cake thickness is manually controlled with a simple hand-wheel in which choke gear does not depend on the main drive and thus no risk of sudden load on expeller motor.

For reducing the labor cost, the expeller feed is made automatic with integrated small crammer-shaft and tensioned belt which automatically stops in case of excessive feed and starts in case the expeller has absorbed the feed.

Oil Expeller Viraat SE II (15 TPD) is integrated with an automatically controlled expeller feed in which a small crammer-shaft and tensioned belt is integrated. The belt automatically stops when the expeller is loaded with the seed feed and start as soon as it absorbs the entire feed. In order to control the pressure of cake, there is introduced a hard faced pressure cone in the oil expeller. There is a manually operated simple handwheel for adjusting the thickness of cake. The design of the hand-wheel is quite simple in which the choke is independent of the main drive posing no risk of a load on the expeller motor.
