Oil Expeller VK 130 (10 TPD) is equipped with a 3 phase motor and heavy duty bearings for an improved performance with low noise. The entire thrust of the worms is absorbed by the roller bearings and thus, gear section and shafts are not disturbed while withdrawing the pressure worms and collars.

Brief Outstanding Features
Prior to expelling, oil seeds are properly heated and conditioned with Cookers / Heating Kettles. Oil bearing cells get opened up when subjected to controlled heat and moisture thus resulting in maximum oil yield.
Construction
With complete steel fabrication, each compartment of the cooker is attached with hydraulically tested steam heated jackets through welding with studs. There are attached hinged doors in all the compartments except the top one for easy access.
Heating
All the necessary fittings including pressure gauges, valves, steam traps, relief valves and thermometer are included in the cookers. Steam jackets are indirectly heated by steam and bottom stage insulation in the cookers avoids unnecessary heat losses. Insulation can be provided at extra cost.
Moisture Addition
For small cookers, the bottom compartment is provided with an open steam spray whereas for other sizes, it is provided at the top and bottom compartments.
Control
Retention time in each stage, seed temperature, moisture content and depth can be easily controlled.
Drive
Carries biparted agitators in each compartment, the vertical shaft is driven from an independent electric motor through V-Belt and vertical cooled worm type speed reduction gear box.

Construction
