Infrastructural facilities play a major role in the success of any company and we have invested a major share in this. Our entire infrastructure unit is fully fledged with all types of core techniques and advanced technologies that are required for making the production process fast and machines best in quality.

We have our own fully equipped fabrication shop in our infrastructural facilities. All the latest machinery and technology is incorporated in the unit to meet the global quality standards. In our fabrication shop, we have overhead cranes, gantry cranes and many other machines that make the assembling work of machines easier and quicker.

We are backed with the support of our machine shop in which all the in-house facilities like sophisticated machinery is installed. Other than this, we are also supported by our highly competent workforce who pays utmost attention towards the precision in manufacturing the machines. The team is well versed in this industry and thus conceptualizing the ideas, that is further leads to engineering and production. They also work in close proximity with the clients to better understand their expectations so that the manufactured machinery can meet their requirements.

In our assembly shop, we manufacture all the parts that are required to assemble a machine. We make use of instrument like vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges and bore gauges that ensure accuracy and preciseness in the dimensions of the parts as they should be interchangeable and easily fit into the machines. In addition to this, we are also equipped with boring machines with attached DRO, to ensure high level of accuracy while machining the bodies and gear boxes.

When it comes to packaging and dispatch, we pay utmost attention as to avoid any kind of damage to the machine during transit. All the machines, equipments and spare components are wrapped in air tight plastic sheets, covered in polythene sheets and than packed in boxes, wooden crates or plywood boxes.
