The filtering products are capable of handling varied seeds and agro products like guar gum, isabgul, wheat, sesame, whole spices, nut, castor and soya. The filter bags can be chosen from the varieties of materials depending on the condition of the filtrate. All the filtration products are available in the option of horizontal and vertical vessels. Ensure high filtration rate with minimal power consumption, these can be insulated with steam heated jackets for high temperature applications. The body of the equipment is designed in such a manner that is easy to clean and change the screens & other parts.

Filter Press is designed with raised rim around the edges as to form a chamber between 2 plates. These are engineered and developed for maximum filtration rate and longer working life. We provide these filter presses in different sizes and capacities. In addition to this, we also offer hydraulic and automatic filter presses.

Suitable for both wet and dry screening, this Vibro Separator is installed with a vertical type motor that enables three dimensions circular and elliptic motions in horizontal, vertical and inclinational face. In this separator, the mechanism followed ensures utilization of all parts of screen cloth by dispersing the feed (Crude Oil) from the centre equally.

Pressure Leaf Filter is incorporated with a vibrator and a butterfly valve.These filters are of great use in oil mills for filtration of liquids and especially edible oil. This is best suited for the applications where there is a risk of environmental hazard due to flammable, toxic or volatile cakes. Other than this, from this leak filter the cake may be discharged either dry or as a thickened slurry.

Polish Filter is a low cost answer to a variety of liquid clarification requirements especially for edible oil. Specially engineered and developed for filtration work in industries, this type of filter has baskets housed in vessel with proper sitting type arrangements. Depending on the filtrate condition, the filter bags can be chosen in different materials including PPS, PP or Polyester Polyamide. Occupies less floor space, this type of filter contains inline pressure vessel with a tubular housing in which there is 304 strainer steel basket for supporting filter bag. These result in economical removal of trace contaminants.
